By accessing or using the e2bat platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside the e2bat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

To register and use an e2bat account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be accessing e2bat from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an e2bat employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from e2bat for any reason.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on e2bat. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.

When registering on e2bat, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. e2bat may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e2bat account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. e2bat will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your e2bat account, contact support immediately.

e2bat accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit on e2bat is ৳10. Withdrawals on e2bat are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Verified accounts receive same-day processing for most withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST. Withdrawals submitted after this time are processed the following business day.

Before processing a withdrawal, e2bat may require identity verification (KYC). This is a standard procedure to prevent fraud and money laundering. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

The standard wagering requirement for the e2bat welcome bonus is 30× the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳60,000 in total before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses expire after this period.

e2bat is not responsible for any technical failures, disconnections, or errors that occur during gameplay due to issues on the player's side — including poor internet connection, device failure, or browser incompatibility. If a technical error occurs on the e2bat platform side, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the e2bat server logs are considered the definitive record. If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact e2bat support within 72 hours of the disputed round. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on e2bat. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on e2bat
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the e2bat platform in any way
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using e2bat for money laundering
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward e2bat staff or other players
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained this way will be voided

e2bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any part of these Terms
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes
• The account holder has provided false registration information
• The account holder is under 18 years of age
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to e2bat or other players

In cases of suspected fraud or Terms violation, e2bat may withhold account balances pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in full. If no violation is found, the balance will be returned and the account reinstated or closed at the player's request.

Players who wish to close their e2bat account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

All content on the e2bat platform — including but not limited to the e2bat logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of e2bat or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any e2bat content without prior written permission.

Game content available on e2bat is licensed from third-party game providers. All rights in those games remain with the respective providers. e2bat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e2bat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

e2bat does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. e2bat will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

e2bat's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

e2bat collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on e2bat, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. e2bat uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through e2bat's internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution body as specified in e2bat's licence conditions.
